Guaranteed rent option:

 

• Guaranteed rent 365 days a year

• We will carry out a light refurbishment of the property where necessary

• Any furniture we add to the property becomes yours

• We will only house tenants who pass our stringent checks and provide a guarantor

• We provide a gardener and cleaner to keep the property up to a high standard

• We will deal with all minor maintenance issues

• We have a financial interest in the property

• We cover the council tax each month, along with all the bills

• We keep the property up to date with all health, safety, legal and compliance requirements

• We will carry out regular property inspections and keep all fire safety up to date

Fees:

• We pay you an agreed rent each month

Managed option:

• We find the tenants, carry out all necessary checks, prepare tenancy agreements and tenant commuication afterwards

• We collect rent on your behalf

• We can arrange maintenance on your behalf

• We keep the property up to date with all health, safety, legal and compliance requirements

• We will carry out regular property inspections and keep all fire safety up to date

Fees:

• 15% of the monthly rental

• £300 tenant sourcing fee per successful tenant will be deducted from the rental
income when the tenant signs their Tenancy Agreement. Alternatively, this fee can be
invoiced separately to the Owner if they wish.
